SHIPPING & RETURNS
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hochatown Swamp Booger Mercantile, LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
There is a $5.00 flat fee for shipping rates. Items will be shipped USPS or UPS. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Hochatown Swamp Booger Mercantile, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Hochatown Swamp Booger Mercantile, LLC will not ship to addresses outside of the United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Hochatown Swamp Booger Mercantile, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Hochatown Swamp Booger Mercantile,LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S
Return & Exchange Policy
30 day policy. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable); book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will NOT be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days, check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed the aforementioned and have not received your refund, please contact us at or (580)494-3150.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 8891 N. US HWY 259; Broken Bow, OK 74728.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8891 N. US HWY 259; Broken Bow, OK 74728. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your geographic location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that can be tracked or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
